This charity exists to help people achieve their goals, to be the best that they can be and to help change society for the better. This is for everyone at 'Change, Grow, Live', including those who use their services, staff and volunteers.

Their aim is to work together to challenge stigma and oppression. They want 'Change, Grow, Live' to be a place where staff and people who use their services are respected and engaged. Ultimately they want to make life safer, easier and better for as many people as they can.

The staff respect and support your choices, so they will work with you to find the right treatment and care options, rather than telling you what to do. They will also get to know you personally, caring about everything that's going on with you - your physical health, mental wellbeing, lifestyle and relationships - because they all play a part in helping you reach your goals.
